The Budget Bathrooms Process

Your Guide to the Next Steps in Your Bathroom Renovation Journey

Initial
Consultaiton

We offer a complimentary, no-obligation consultation where we'll meet with you at your home to explore renovation options. This meeting will last approximately 15 minutes, allowing us to be better understand your priorities and vision for the project. Following our discussion, we will provide you with a preliminary estimate, offering an initial overview of the expected costs. Please note that this estimate is subject to change based on further assessment and any adjustments to the project scope.

Plelimininary
Building Agreement

This agreement authorizes Budget Bathrooms to begin the necessary preparation work, including developing detailed plans and gathering all relevant information. By doing so, we ensure that you have a clear and accurate understating of the true cost to complete your bathroom renovation, rather than a base price that could change unexpectedly.

The Preliminary Building Agreement (PBA) must be accepted before we can provide you with a formal quote and confirmed design. The fee of $149 for the Preliminary Building Agreement (PBA) ensures your place in our schedule and allows us to get started on bringing your vision to life.

HIA
Contract

Once the quote has been accepted, Budget Bathrooms requires the signing of the formal HIA contract. This contract ensures that BB and the homeowners mutually agree on the scope of work outlined. It will also include details on progress payments, the construction schedule, and any legal obligations for both parties, for example; proof of capacity to pay or finance documents. This stage will require an initial 5% deposit which will secure an agreed start date between both parties.

Begin
The Build

Once your deposit is confirmed, you'll meet with your project supervisor to begin your bathroom renovation. BB will follow a thorough Quality Control Checklist throughout the build to ensure all work meets standards and stays on track. As per the HIA agreement, progress payments will be required. Upon completion, your new bathroom will be ready for handover.
